• Easy blade installation: The adjustment of the Silent Crusher blades is done using an adjustment frame, and the entire blade replacement process is completed outside the Silent Crusher. Both fixed and rotating blades are made of high-strength steel and can be reground multiple times.
• Unique cutting method: The rotor's blades utilize the latest "V" shape cutting technology. Compared to traditional blades, the Silent Crusher's "V" shape design continuously pushes the material towards the center of the rotor while cutting. This structure reduces the wear on the blades and crushing chamber.
• Mobile compact design: The built-in soundproof enclosure design of the Silent Crusher makes the entire machine very compact and movable. The entire machine can be lifted or moved using a forklift or other standard lifting equipment.
