During the long-distance transportation of materials, the most likely place to cause blockage is the turning point of the pipeline, and when the material moves at high speed in the conveying pipeline, the friction on the elbow is the greatest. In order to extend the service life of the elbow, special wear-resistant materials are generally used, because the wear-resistant material attached to the inner wall of the steel pipe can further increase the resistance of the material in the pipeline. After continuous design and combined with on-site testing, a "booster" with low gas consumption and spiral airflow propulsion has been developed. Not only does it make the material passing through the elbow form a swirl along the inner wall of the pipeline, but it also makes the material obtain secondary acceleration in time. In this way, it not only reduces the pipe blockage phenomenon during transportation, but also reduces the burden of "material-gas separation" in the powder "receiving bin".
